- Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays and extended shut down times, such as Christmas, as posted on the website contact us page.
- Delivery times shown above are an example based upon normal business volumes and including both order processing and shipping times. Before fulfilling your order, the Nonuttin' system sends a "complete" notice to the email address indicated on your order. This does not yet mean the order is shipped, only that we have acknowledged receipt of your order and we have begun the fulfillment process.
- Upon completion of your shipment, the shipping system will send a shipping delivery notice with tracking number to the email address you indicated on your order.
- You may choose to upgrade the shipping method to Premium for faster delivery.
- For air service costs, please contact our team at 1.866.714.5411.
- Not all delivery methods are available to all areas and we will advise you if we are aware of any limitations prior to shipping your package.
- The primary method of delivery is Fedex but Nonuttin' Foods may choose to use Canada Post Business Service as an alternative where Fedex delivery is limited or non-existent. Fedex cannot deliver to PO boxes so if you enter a PO Box, we will assume that Canada Post is your best option.
*Please note that if your town is only serviced by a post office, a street address will be refused by your local post office and returned to us and you will be charged for redelivery fees.
Order Cancellation and Changes
Order cancellations or changes may not occur once an order has been shipped. If you have a question about your order, please contact us at 1.866.714.5411 and quote your order number.
For the safety of all Nonuttin' customers we do not return food items, regardless of their condition, therefore all sales at Nonuttin' Foods are final.
Ingredients for all Nonuttin' products are posted on each product's page, and it is a customer's responsibility to read and understand them, and to select only those items that are safe for their specific diet.
Chocolate Shipment Policy
When shipping chocolate items, there is a risk of product damage during warm weather or when shipping to warmer climates. If you choose to ship any products that have chocolate in them, you assume the risk of this possibility when you place an order for those items with Nonuttin' Foods Inc.
During the summer months, we do indicate on our shipping labels "Do Not Safe Drop" which tells the Fedex driver not to leave the package at your door, however, it is up to the driver whether they follow this instruction. Shipping to a PO Box means that your package will sit in the box in the heat if your box system allows for larger delivery items.
For granola bars with chocolate chips and chunks as an ingredient, the granola bars and chocolate should resume their shape if left to return to room temperature without being handled. The heat will not have an effect on the taste or quality of the bars.
Any chocolate that has been heated and then cooled may get "bloom", a gray surface on the chocolate. Bloom is not harmful and does not change the quality of the chocolate; it's simply the cocoa fat coming to the surface of the chocolate. If bloom is visible on baking chocolate, it will disappear as soon as the chocolate is exposed to heat again upon baking.
Order Tracking
When your order is shipped from our warehouse, our shipping system will send you an email to confirm your shipment - this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package.
Before checking the status of your package, please allow the minimum shipping time indicated in the chart above to have passed. If you order over the weekend, on a holiday or later in the day, your order will not be processed until the next business day.
Damaged Shipment
With the exception of melted chocolate, if any package arrives damaged, refuse the package and have it sent directly back to us. Upon receipt of that package, we will replace the damaged contents and ship the replacement immediately with no additional cost to you.
Please notify us of your damaged shipment claim within 24 hours of the initial shipment with our customer service at 1-866-714-5411.
